How I Started:
Watching Wrestling since i was 3, wanting to look like a wrestler, picked up a dumbell fell in love.
Why I Love It:
Because unlike other sports your not playing for your team or your coach, your doing this for yourself to look better, and achieve better overall health, its self beneficial.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girls, Posting pictures of Arnold, Jay, John Cena, Batista, Randy Orton on my wall. Watching Cutler's DVDs, Pumping Iron, etc.

My training is not just about gaining muscle, but also its about maintaining a lean body.
Goal (Long):
I've always been a fan of professional wrestling, and growing up watching the likes of Hulk Hogan, Lex Lugar, Randy Savage, and now Batista, Triple H, John Cena, Randy Orton, guys with amazing lean musclar bodies made myself want to start training and looking like them. I train like a bodybuilder, and im in the gym 4-5 days a week, trying to be achieve a lean muscular body.
Well its 1 30am my time and all of my friends are out partying but me. Do i go out, of course, do i drink, occasionally, but getting drunk is a no no to me. Today was friday, i woke up at 10am, and had a Myoplex shake. Next at dinner was Steak, Asapargus, and Brown rice. At 3 I had a pre...
