another question if u dont mind, as you see i still have excess fat on my lower chest. i want removed those man tits i have by doing it the old fashion way of exercising, not surgery. how can i get rid of the lower chest fat ???

hey penny ! its been a while since i've been on bodyspace.. i stuck with my training in the last 7 months & i shredded 74 lbs, check out my progress pics.
but i still have another 40 to lose before i stick to only lifting weights

dude when i drop down to 170 lbs i want to try fashion modeling for the fun of it.. should i build my mass first or just get straight into it & show people the hard work ive done ?
295 lbs - 223 lbs in 7 months
