NoMoAlcohol
NoMoAlcohol Trying to get back on it,I had to put a stop to all the eating and drinking. How is everything going with you? Mar 8, 2011 1:33am
janelleg
janelleg You look fantastic from the last time I saw you! Keep up the good work! I am busy wedding planning. I am getting married next year. Decided to put competition on hold for now but still staying in shape. How about you? Feb 24, 2011 6:07am
DougKroll
DougKroll Good deal - I know a few people that had great results w/ P90x Jan 18, 2011 1:20pm

DougKroll How's it going man - how is the cardio? Jan 17, 2011 8:51pm
Turambar
Turambar My stomach is the worst for me too, so if you find out anything let me know lol. IMO, what it comes down to is 1) losing more bodyfat 2) filling in with muscle and 3) tightening loose skin. Even though I'm still nowhere near where I want it to be, I haven't put too much emphasis on it lately as the general consensus is I look too skinny now. To complicate things further, I recently broke my right leg and can only do upper body work for a few months at least so wish me luck with that. May 21, 2010 4:16pm

Turambar Hey man, how's it going? Mar 15, 2010 6:12pm
Ibby21
Ibby21 Hey man, I've been eating a lot more healthy, and been drinking nothing but water. I hear eat clean foods a lot, could you give me like an example of a clean meal, just so I can make sure I'm on the right track. Feb 18, 2010 8:12pm
janelleg
janelleg Great! Good luck with it. Let me know how you are doing. Jan 12, 2010 3:54pm
Captain Ahab
Captain Ahab Thank you for your reply. Which ever program you use I wish you success, just be careful not to buy into the hype of some programs out there, especially ones that charge you for basically the exact one you can get for free other places. Do your homework and then commit yourself to about 12 weeks and you will be amazed at the results. Remember: " Success is the result of a clear goal, unshakeable confidence, proper planning, enthusiastic action and consistent persistence." Jan 11, 2010 4:09pm

janelleg P90X is an awesome workout. I agree it will help you lose weight along with the proper diet. Jan 11, 2010 3:51pm
Captain Ahab
Captain Ahab I wish you all the best as you work towards your fitness goal. Challenge yourself to continually eat clean, lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week and you will soon see the bodyfat shrinking and your muscles expanding. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve your fitness goal. Stay strong, focused and determined. Jan 11, 2010 3:20pm
ryande
ryande Hey good job dog. It's hard to lose weight and your doing a great job. I would say push yourself to get down to about 200 lbs and start weight lifting 5 times a week and you'll see muscle results faster. Your doing a great job. Getting yourself to 200 lbs might sound hard but I know you can do it. Keep it up bro! Jan 11, 2010 10:04am
JKemling
JKemling Hey man..just got your comments. I always get on here in phases haha. Just wanted to say awesome job with the weight loss man. Dropping 70 lbs feels awesome doesn't it? Now we just need to get ripped haha Dec 24, 2009 12:54pm
janelleg
janelleg If you stick to a clean diet, do your cardio and weight training, you can achieve your goal. Stay focused! I have the encyclopedia of bodybuilding book. It is a classic! However, some of the things in there about diet is outdated. Good exercises though. Nov 30, 2009 1:43pm
janelleg
janelleg Awesome! You are doing great! Keep up the good work. Remember, hard work pays off. Nov 27, 2009 9:02am
wpballer40

user123965412 Dang, Frankie!! Great job!! That must have really taken some dedication. Keep it up and best of luck!! Oct 15, 2009 11:28am
janelleg
janelleg Decline bench press with barbell or dumbbell. Also, underneath flyes. You grab the cables from the bottom and come up to chest level. Oct 15, 2009 6:00am
janelleg
janelleg Again, you cannot spot reduce and lose fat in one part of the body. It comes down to a clean diet, proper nutrition and cardiovascular training. You have to lose bodyfat everywhere. The body doesn't lose fat in one spot. It is a total body effort. Oct 13, 2009 4:42pm
