Freshmen year in high school. I did it as an on & off thing, & for football.Now, its a new beginning,new goals,& a new life i'm headed to.
Why I Love It:
I feel great when i workout, keeps the juices flowing, & fell in love with the sport. I really feel great about myself when i leave the gym.

very nice bro, uve done a great job. I recently joined the army so its been hard 4 me 2 work out alot here lately. I ran alot but no weightliftin, ive lost alot of muscle and im kinda flabby now but I still weigh around 215. Im gonna start working out again here soon.

Decline bench press with barbell or dumbbell. Also, underneath flyes. You grab the cables from the bottom and come up to chest level.

Again, you cannot spot reduce and lose fat in one part of the body. It comes down to a clean diet, proper nutrition and cardiovascular training. You have to lose bodyfat everywhere. The body doesn't lose fat in one spot. It is a total body effort.

In order to lose fat on your stomache you must have a clean diet. Supplementing with that is cardiovascular training. You cannot spot reduce the stomache by just doing ab work. It all comes down to nutrition.

Hey there man..sorry I never got back to you when you talked to me a while ago. I kinda lost touch with the site once I finished out my original goal but now I'm back with a new one :) Anyways..really the only ab workout I do is the "8 minute abs" youtube video. I do it almost every day and it has been helping me..also if you're looking for some definition in the abs..I suggest some low intensity cardio along with it. It'll work like a charm with a healthy diet... guaranteed. Good luck!
