I've always been fat, before my senior year of high school i lost alot of body fat & for the first time in my life i felt fit, happy,& recognized. I want to get that great feeling again but this time, its going to be permanent. I want to look even better this time. June 21st is my due date.
Hello, I don't know why you can't see my two lame progress pics. I can see them on my profile. Hmmm. And I can see a one time goal to be under 200 but to stay there? No way!
You look pretty healthy, I think you will do great on taking a little fat off that is covering your muscles. Don't go crazy, though -- 100 pounds? that's heresy!
Oh thanks! That really means a lot to me. Let me know if you and your girlfriend need any help with training & nutrition. I would be glad to help you guys. Best of luck.

I used Hydroxycut hardcore for a month and then went to VPX redline and now I'm back on hydroxycut hardcore. I usually eat around 7 meals a day including my protein shakes. Heres a sample of my diet. Meal#1- 2 cups of eggwhites and small piece of fruit Meal#2-small chicken salad. Meal#3-2 scoopess of protein
Well my stomach was pretty big, lol, but good luck to you!I forgot to mention I sometimes put bananas in my oatmeal, although I haven't eaten just plain oatmeal in a while.
You're welcome! Good luck and keep in touch. Let me know if you find any good healthy recipes ... I'm always looking for some! lol So far everything is pretty bland though!
Hey Frankie ... I saw your comment about oatmeal on SemiV 's comments. Have you tried Uncle Sam's brand with flaxseed? Or you could just add in flaxseed .. gives it a little crunch! I usually don't like it either but this way helps for me. I also cut up strawberries in it which helps a lot!! Good luck and happy eating! lol
I ate wheat bread but I bought the sugar-free or the one without High fructose corn syrup as the ingredient.I used moderate weight alternating weeks of 3 sets of 12 or 4 sets of 10.I used the total gym which uses my weight as resistance so it changed a lot.
