After finishing high school and Pre-U college, I found myself not being active in any kind of sport. So I was this skinny guy who goes home and comes to class everyday. Due to the lack of exposure and interest to sports, the only sport that I enjoy doing since my childhood is swimming, mainly because my dad doesn't play football and stuff either but he is a certified swimming coach. My dad is also a body builder and he has set up a home gym at his work place and it was there since I was born. I wasn't good in any sports with average grades in school and I wasn't popular in any way, I was free and waiting for my admission to university so I picked up those weights in my dad's gym and started lifting with my dad and loved working out ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is the only time when my mind is clear and away from my personal problems, studies etc. So when I'm working out, it's just me, the weights and the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing beautiful bodies everyday and compare it to mine and make body building into a hobby. Making a few friends in the gym so you'll always look forward to help each other and to exchange ideas about working out in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 11kg (59kg to 70kg) from March 2006 to March 2007.

I was so skinny that my clavicles were prominent and my neck looked so long. I was 59kg.
A huge, muscular and lean body, like a noticably big chest, traps, arms and lats, definately a six pack. Arms bigger than my dad's 15 inch guns.
Achieve all the above by September 2008.
Wow 50 kg is quite a lot for incline bench press for me! Haha. I've always been weak on the incline bench. The other day I saw a Russian dude doing around 150 kg for the flat bench, and he's like only 18! Damn!
Damn, I still can't get my progress pics up and running! Sigh, I even contacted bb.com and they asked me to be patient. I am suppose to wait for a few days... I've been waiting since Friday!
Thanks for the advice. I'll probably give it a try this summer when I'm back for 2 months. But I'm usually busy with practice in the hospital. I can't find to go to the gym! Even if I do, I'll probably be too tired to workout!
LOL! The ON Whey is ok here but the gym memberships are crazy. THey have really "high-tech" gyms, but I can't afford that! Do you workout in Malaysia too?
Nah, once you've got snow, you'll wish the snow is gone. LOL. I prefer summer, the sun, the heat, the beach ah... and the girls. LOL! Do you go to the gym? The gyms here are pretty expensive!
You're studying medicine too? LOL! That's a coincidence. Your arms are huge? How's your workout like? I'm trying hard for 6 packs, but its really hard to gain mass and achieve 6 packs at the same time! LOL!
LOL! I'm from Air Itam. But now I'm studying overseas. I'm eating 6 meals per day too, but still its kinda hard to keep up with all the classes. Maybe I should take more yolks too. What about weight gainers? Do you buy them?
Lighting is veery deceptive. I've been lifting longer than that but didn't have any idea what I was doing until then so I thought that was a good starting point for future progress.
