I was extremely skinny at 147.5 pounds bodyweight. I did not know what to do after the cut, so I went to BB.com, and found the solution to gaining muscle. I am now 165 pounds and still bulking.

How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my results, gaining or loosing weight, lifing more and learning new exercises and things on BB.com.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench 205 at 165 pounds.
Squat 240 at 165 pounds.
Clean 180 at 165 pounds.
I want to gain 10 pounds of solid muscle, in my legs and arms as well as in my chest. I want to be able to lift about 20 pounds or so extra in every lift I currently consider important. i also want to maintain of drop my bodyfat to 10%.
