MEAL 1
2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites
MEAl 2
1 apple, 1 serving of almonds (or) 1 piece rye bread with jam, 1 cup cottage cheese
MEAL 3
5oz organic chicken, 1 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup brown rice
MEAL 4
5 oz Salmon, 1 serving 1% cottage cheese, 1 serving raw spinach
MEAL 5
Variable (Some type of lean meat, vegetables, and a small portion of a complex carb)
MEAL 6
I serving of Cottage Cheese 1%
