Haven't really written here lately. Dont know what to say exactly. Right now im currently working out on my own plan and with my own diet plan. I find it much more motivational to have a trainer though. I think im actually up 1or 2 % of body fat since not working with a trainer which is 6...
not quite... it is a little flabbular under the tanktop - i can luckily fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes, but they are a bit tight. i've got a muffin top! have to tone things up a bit. i'm shooting for 5% reduction in body fat and weight loss of about 10 lbs.
Everything is looking GOOD and I am sghore the cut will not be a problem. I started my weight loss year last year on thanksgiveing day and am still goeing strong. Stwy strong and keep at it!

I cook 2 pita pizzas at a time and save one for later. I also like to cook up some tuna patties (also in my cookbook) up and some sirloin patties up. I got some lite wheat buns that i use and some lower fat cheese. I LOVE me some cheese :)
I get a bit lazy sometimes and start snacking on stuff...lol. Keeping track of my food on sparkpeople helps. Even if i wasn't competing, i would like to continue improving my physique. Your tastebuds need to be stimulated, look for new ways of cooking stuff. Check out www.sparkrecipes.com
