Yes, I just have to decide if I want to do a Natural or the Npc..There are several npc in omaha,neb. that look good.but the nat..has an omaha in May and possible the Peoria, ill. Im not sure i want to travel that far tho..how bout you?

it was exhilertaing..and addictive..:) I would love to try another..it was a national qualifier..so the classes were huge..and i didn't place where i wanted..but i learned so much...and had a blast! :) now trying to figure out what to do..what is normal? and can i return to that? lol kinda lost

thank you! :) i'm really feeling discouraged this week...diet has been hard,,and ive had a few "small" cheats and so then i feel really guilty...and..so on and so on..:) plus my lady that was helping with the diet..is kinda ..wrapped up in her own drama..so i feel like im hanging in the wind..but I will do this...:) thanks for the compliment! :) I needed that..your abs look great in this pic.

thanks girl! I'm about 8.5 weeks out..I'm really getting nervous! afraid the back side isnt' working out as well..:) but Im trying..and this diet is gonna kill me..:) but im staying focused...

ya training going well.. im back home visiting my mom..in the middle of bfe! so not much for weights..but i;m only missing 2 workouts..ill be fine...diet is good,,and been running lots of fun runs..LOL :) thanks for cking and keeping me on track.

Hey its going okay..i'm struggling a bit with the diet, especially in the evening..but,,just need to get my head back in the game! :) You look aweseome!! Freakin' ripped!

been there a couple times..the downtown is cool and its a very hilly area..lots of good training..plus..being Kansas Univesity with the KU Jayhawks..PARTy!!:) lots of good times..you will have fun..

you look good..im tired this week..changed the diet..starting the 18 week til contest diet..LOL..and its ungodly hot here..so im more tired than normal..tonite wasnt the most motivational lift..i do much better if i can lift over my lunch hour...hope your having a good week...

thanks! I've been doing supers..so I think I'm going to try these dropsets..been awhile since I've done those..this will be my comp. suit..just waiting on the rhinestones so I can "bling" it out! :) Great pic btw..legs look awesome!

Thanks for the help...at the beginning of my training for a 10K, I watched the scale alot, but the #'s were dropping..and now they've stopped,,but I know my bf has lowerd too..just not sure how accurate the "pinchers" are at the gym.. thanks for the reply..that helps alot...:) ill keep pluggin away..:)
