hitting cardio hard- 7 days week..diet sucks..im finding that i need a "little" cheat each day..rather than one a week.

better today..carb cycling with peanut butter..yum..adding some fat to my body..and its oh so yummy

didnt sleep well..workout was somewhat sluggish..but the bcaa's are really helping once i get moving!

chest/shoulder day..went well. had 4 "older" guys joining me on eleveted incline pushups..YAY..lol i was 2nd..

im burning approx. 1500 calories in cardio a day, and taking in about 1200, should I not be losing weight?? carbs 60-100 and 30 min. of lift
