Why I Love It:
Changes are occuring almost day to day..AMAZING..areas I didn't know existed..and how delicate, but beautiful a well defined body can be!
How I Stay Motivated:
The sense of power and control over what I look like! I read lots of articles on bb.com and magazines..but its the people that are now coming to me for advice!LOL I love it-and each day I look into the mirror in disbelief and amazement..this is the best I have ever looked! YAY!

Well..it's here and gone..thinking of trying to lose some of the muscle in my legs...and build the lat's..next show is in May..so I've got some time
Goal (Long):
During my childhood, I was the fat farm girl. Life hasn't been easy. I was always the fat, ugly duckling, headed down what was the one way street. On top of that, I had asthma and spend alot of my time being sick, and having to sleep in the recliner in order to breathe! As the years passed, life dealt me many cards, some of them not so great. I moved from Nebraska to Kansas..and life changed.. Then..I met the gym..and Here I am. The power of overcoming that poor sick, chubby girl feeling, is awesome! Being fit gives such an great feeling of success and endurance..Plus I'm settin healthy goals for my boys,,so they too can know the feeling of strength and success, mentally and physically..
This member has a strong will and a sound mind. He puts others before himself and the harsh yet sweetness of life drive him to be who he is..Great person, wondeful father, and exceptional grandfather..Keep it up Carlos! Your awesome!
Okay, so I'm 18 days out..and counting.. I've cut calories to no more than 950 a day, with 1 hr of lifting and 2 hrs of cardio..surely I can get the last 8 lbs off.. I'm in freak mode right now, and not feeling like I'm going to be tight enough to be on stage.. REally just trying to stay...
Looking good! How was the comp? I did one the weekend before, just now getting back to eating clean...lol!ugh! You looked great in your pics! Why do you want to lose your legs? You got great legs!
Thanks Hun! I might have to look into that competition. I am trying to keep the traveling to minimum because it already costs so much to compete in the show alone. Good Luck with everything...You will do great!
Stay Fit!
Thanks for the compliment Jackie my show is next Sat. Dec 5. I start carb depletion Monday as I am very lean now. My coach just e-mailed me my diet for next week first major changes since I decided to compete. You look awesome in your avi. I will let you know howI do.
God Bless
