30% or more of body fat horrible feeding habits and barely 6 hours of sleep daily :s I decided it was time for a change but the information motivation and supplementation came just at the beginning of this year it was almost 20 years of doing mostly nothing for me & my body :S
well so far its been 3 months since I began changing my life. I've already lose 10kg of fat and gained 2 kf of lean muscle. Im feeling great, like ive never feel before. at 72kg. right now and a body fat around 20% next week im starting a serious supplement scheme with N.O., 2 types of Whey protein, ...

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Its the best thing you could have while working out some one that watches you, that gets worried for you and notice your advances

5 to 7 depending on the exercise, the necesaries to reach concentric muscular failure
