2 complete a fitness goal in 2010! For starters: 4/25/10-Bubba Gump "Run Forrest Run" 5k in New Orleans and 06/04-Back to the Beach Festival 2k run in Kenner,LA.
I have a good ways to go still as far as losing fat goes. once I find a good diet and exercise routine that works for me hopefully I will go back to losing the fat again
I am within 3lbs of my goal weight. After that I will focus on toning while I increase the measurements if that's possible. I want 30" thighs and 20" calves. (Currently 27" & 17")
