One of my biggest goals in the gym, besides bench pressing 315, was to always do pull ups. Well, I am happy to say that I can finally do a couple. I know for yoked, chisled men and women you're saying to yourself, "two or three? C'mon, step your game up." But for me, it's a big...
Thanks for the comment on my blog. You're right, we basically had the same experience. It's a great feeling! Keep at it and there will be plenty more of those moments for us!
I hope you don’t mind but I sent you some information on Body for Life that I hope helps in your decision. No matter what program you choose I wish you nothing but success and if there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
I just dropped by to wish you continued success. My wife and I achieved body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. We believe you can make your fitness dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks with the assistance of the BFL program. Challenge yourself and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Contact us if you wish more info.
The loss is going good man, though a bit slower now. I am so close to my next goal (225 pounds) though that I'm not too worried. Anyway keep working towards your goals too.
I want to wish you success in your quest to get fit. I recommend that you combine weight lifting; some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan, as you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results; you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
