Hey what's up man, hope you are doing well. I hope that your training is going great and you are getting the results you are looking for! Thanks for you help and encouragement and provding some inspiration, appreciate it! Keep it up!
I seriously suggest you going in for a deep tissure/trigger point massage on your back. My back was the same way earlier this week. Got a massage on my back Tuesday night...and I am virtually pain free now.
Ethan...noticed you told Steve you pulled something in your back workout yesterday. I was the same way last week. I didn't work my back yesterday either...went to get a massage. Back is much better today. Hope your back gets better. If not...think about a massage.
Idk man. I like em I guess. They're all I stick with. I hate monohydrate especially the kind that you hafta drink. All mono does is puff you up with water. The pills don't do that and you don't hafta load them or anything.
