How I Started:
Years ago, i have trained in the gyms, my goal in that moment was gain muscle mass. But, i neglected my body fat. I began train seriously in August of 2008, adding supplements and cardio (3 times for week).
Why I Love It:
Because I feel with more energy, strong y vitality when I was 20 years old.If I achieve ripped abs, all it's possible.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy. I look the men an women's pictures from Fitness and Bodybuilding. It's inspirational.
(05/24/2009) Checking my PC's files, I found it this picture. I don't know how many pounds was my weight, but i suppose it was over the 230. Unfortunately, not muscular mass.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Mmmm. It's a hard question. I admire the Arnold, The Rock and Gunter Schlierkamp's Bodies. Sometimes, I'd like be like them. But, it isn't my main goal. This morning I went to run and I feel I'm losing more body fat. I have about a month and a half, I think that although the last picture taken on my progress is almost a week, I feel more slim since.
Anyway, the next picture I’ll take in early June, so it can see the progress with security.
