Responding to your comment and I'm not questioning your intelligence, but I hit a plateu on my bench and I was informed by a fellow bro that doing the DB's would break that after a few weeks. If you know anything different let me know man. I am at a stagnant 215lb bench press. It will not go past that. Thanx

Even a dark picture can't hide how powerful the upper body looks. Huge chest, shoulders, arms and forearms. Those stats don't lie. Continued success with your goals. André
