I like your attitude... knowing that you don't feel well, and not having an answer why is SO frustrating! I have a blood disorder that took a long time for diagnosis.. just hang in there, looks like you are on the way UP!!
Hello Beautiful Young Lady. :-) After reading your Bio and seeing you have thyroid problems, I am wondering if you have Celiac Disease as well. I have Celiac Disease and I also know that Thyroid problems are usually from having Celiac also. Go to: www.celiac.org and check out the signs and symptoms and if you have them I would get tested (blood test). Sure helped me get on track with diet and losing bodyfat, etc. Stay sweet! xoxo Tamar
Eat 6x a day, I would suggest a simple thing as carb tapering, or ending your carb meals after meal 4/5:) depending on when you train. Eat carbs, eat protein, and fats all in moderation.. i think a great macro setting is 40%pro/40%carbs/20% fats.. give that a go and see how things work:).. i'd say do your bodyweight in grams of protein :)
