Getting the motivation back! It's Friday, and I've sucessfully done cardio 3 out of 5 days this week, with tonight being the 4th! It's pathetic to say I can only manage 15-20 at this time, but it's 15-20 min more than I was doing a week ago!! I'm already feeling better, and can't wait to see...
it HAS been way too long! I re-ruptured my achilles and had surgery again on the 20th. So I'm back on crutches which makes it hard to get out. It's been really tough mentally and physically. I'm sure it could be worse but it's been far from good.

I work for a university and take a class or two every semester so my life is very different the last two weeks of every semester. Now I'm focusing on getting re-certified in PT and putting some weight on my bones. What are your summer goals?
