My goal is to shed this layer of fat that I have allowed to cover my entire body, masking the muscles hiding beneath. I am going to take it one day at a time by setting daily and weekly goals for myself. I would like to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain my muscle tone back. I am allowing myself 12 weeks. This week: I plan on implementing a rigorous cardio schedule consisting of 45 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. I will lift 3 times this week with heavy weights. I want my abs back! My long term goal is to compete in a fitness competition.
Ok. So I am done boo-hooing. Lame. Not me. I am WAY tougher than that. I allowed myself a small pity party with only one guest in attendance...me. Parties tend to suck when no one else shows up.
I have decided that complaining is just effective to losing weight as working out...
Thanks for your sweet enthusiasm...really it didn't take long, by the time my twins were 13 mo I won my first 2 NPC figure titles!! So If you get focused, work your a$$ of you can have stellar results fast!
