I started bodybuilding when I was 18 years old. I weighted only 52 kg for 1,75 m.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because it gives me long terms goals on fitness, muscular development and well being. It helps me being in a better shape and being a better person all year round.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by going to the gym, seeing people, talking about training and life. I help others to stay fit and healthy. I like to try new supplements, it give me even more motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a puny 52 kg to a good 78 kg in 18 years of practice and dedication.

I'd like to gain about 4 to 6 kilos and weight about 82 kilos of muscle early 2010.
Goal (Long):
My plan is to use the best supplement and top of the art multi angular and cycles training to get some mass, density and volume. I'll use the best sup available today like The One, Anabolic Pump and Powerfull from USP Labs, Stealth weight Gainer or Super Power Mass from MVP Nutrition, Size On, Novedex XT and Epistane or Formex.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Timing for eating when I go back from the Gym is always like a war because I'm the last person to eat, so it's a bit annoying for others.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I couldn't imagine working for the food supplement industry when I start BB. But now I write articles for the leader of this industry in France (wanafit.com and lesproteines.com).
My blog on over-blog.com exist for about 8 months, I've written about 16 articles on training, nutrition and sport supplement. Most articles are written in French, which is my mother tongue. I try to translate in English sometimes, when I have enough time to do it.
