Background
When I Started: Jun 1991
HOW I STARTED:
I started bodybuilding when I was 18 years old. I weighted only 52 kg for 1,75 m.
WHY I LOVE IT:
I love Bodybuilding because it gives me long terms goals on fitness, muscular development and well being. It helps me being in a better shape and being a better person all year round.

Animal Pm, Battle Fuel, Hexagen and Cissus Rx
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 10:05pmMi next stack will be made of these supplements. For synergy I'll use Animal PM and Hexagen from Muscle Meds, I hope to get some good results. I'm still on diet since early april but it's a bit hard to lose fat this year. I took bad food habits this winter so I have to lose a bit more than usual. I will also take battle fuel before training, reviews seems to be good on this sup; and a bottle of Cissus Rx for my tendons and joints, I still suffer a bit of my right shoulder. Next step at 82kg (180lbs). I'm currently weighting around 78,2kg these times.
The new Size On Maximum Performance
Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 10:05pmI've tried the new Size On with Jacked, Anabolic Pump, Muscle Milk Protein + Glutamine and Super Cissus Rx for my shoulder injury. The constant strength felt by Size On is there, undoubtedly but for the moment, it's hard to say if it's better than the old one. Stamina is also there, I manage to do 2 or 3 reps more with the same weight on certain exercises. However I was feeling tired and didn't performed to the top of my performances. But apart of Size On, I was very surprised by Super Cissus Rx from USP Labs. The pain in my shoulder disappear almost in one day after taking 4 capsules (3200mg)...
