Sat night had a very good back workout. Bought some straps to use instead of gloves and liked it much better. Didn't feel like bar was going to split from fingertips. Solid hr on Elliptical doing HIIT twice for 20 mins each then steady for the last 20. Eating was good.
thanks... i'll have to look him up, or suggest him to add me...i know what i need to do, but a lil more help would be greatly apprecitated....
soreness doesnt bother me, i live with it every day i'm an athlete and can handle it :) thanks for your support
used this for about 4 months from october last year:
1) flat bench barbell 4sets 8-10 reps
2) incline dumbell press 4sets 8-10 reps
3)incline dumbell flyes STRAIGHT into flat bench flyes.
4) finish off with dips or weighted pressups.
I will throw in some decline bench press as well every other week.
