Got tired of being fat, and thought I was going to quit football. Decided no reason to have the extra weight.
Why I Love It:
The rush, results, dedication, and structure.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is hard, I try to watch fight videos on youtube or listen to pump-up music.

5 day split. Monday is chest, Tuesday is arms, Wednesday is shoulders, Thursday is back, and Saturday is legs. I run for 15 minutes or do HIIT on the bike after every workout. Do 4 sets, 5-4-3-drop set.
