Thanks bro :)
I do my own workout, you can see it in my workout journal. It's a 4 day split.
I've never tried starting strength, and now, I'm just too advanced to do it, but I've heard many good things about it. IMO if you're unsure what routine you should follow, you should do Rippetoes.

i'm not terribly happy with my shoulder development but as far as back i could offer a few words of advice.
-i read lifting back in the morning is more beneficial than later in the day/evening because of wear on your spinal vertebrae over the course of the day. Also, perform and exercise for upper, mid, and lower back each session. Wide-grip pullups would be a great builder for you i think cuz you're smaller like me

thanks man, those pictures are a little outdated though. Right now I can't lift on a good schedule b.c of football but I'm still aiming for 3000-3500 calories right now, and hoping to hit 180

hey, bro - thanks. i've changed my calf routine loads over the last few years, but the one that's working best is my most recent. seated calf raises, for 4x 10- 15 reps - make sure you get a deep stretch and feel the burn. next up is standing calfs on the smiths machine - i stand on a 2 inch block and touch down on every rep. another 4x 10- 15 reps. slow and deliberate movements work best - and plenty of weight! TRAIN INSANE

Hey Eric, I try to get in around 3000-3500 calories a day during my bulk. But honestly I don't keep count. -just eat more than I usually would. That seems to work for me, not for others. Good luck with your training.
