Body fat seems to be dropping like crazy!! My weight hasn't been changing much though.

Background
I've always found an awesome, muscular, well toned body to be very appealing. I've struggled with self confidence my whole life, especially going through school. I was never over weight, just really tall and skinny, or scrawny, you could say. I was always active growing up but never did much to improve my body's physique. It wasn't until I starting getting older and into my mid to late 20's when I realized this fast metabolism I have is starting to slow down and pounds are starting to pile on. I thought I could go my whole life eating and drinking almost anything I wanted. Mt dew being one of my favorite things to drink. I am paying for this now, although I have drastically cut down within the last few months. It wasn't until the last couple years of my life I realized I need to make a change to get out of the unhealthy eating and drinking habits I'd developed growing up. I knew what my "dream body" was, and it was time to start working towards that. But it wasn't until the last few months of my life when I really started to hit the gym hard, and that's when I've started to see results. But I know I can do better, and I will do better. So this is how I got into working out and I won't stop until my ultimate goal is reached.
I love to workout out for many reasons. Not only is it a good hobby but its also a very healthy lifestyle to live by. It has helped me with self-confidence and overall it puts me in a great mood and it makes me feel great all around. I love working out with friends and family and they inspire me to keep going and pushing myself in the gym. I have the image in my head on how I want to look and I won't stop until I get there.

Here we are! I'm down to the last week in my hardcore trainer. Now it's all about trying to get my body fat low again, hopefully to 5-6% for my photos on the 19th. This next week is going to be rough. As I mentioned in a previous blog I spent the first month of the hardcore daily trainer getting lean and losing weight and body fat and then the second month trying to bulk. Odd process.. But anyway, I got my bodyfat back up to about 9% so now I gotta focus on hardcore cardio to get my bodyfat low... Go to BodyBlog

12 Week Transformation Challenge COMPLETE!
Posted in Working Out : Apr 19, 2012 10:14pmThe day has finally come! I made it through my 12 week transformation successfully! Woohoo! Hurray!
I'm very proud of myself to have stuck with this for the 84 days that I did. And upon success I am very pleased with my results. I feel I could have cut down a bit more towards the end, but meh, I am pleased nonetheless.
I never woulda thought I'd complete this. It wasn't until I realized I wanted it bad enough to make the change and to really go for it. What used to be only a week or two of working out and then quitting has now turned into a very successful 1

Posted in Working Out : Apr 05, 2012 4:26amUnbelievable! I can't believe I am already 2 weeks out from being done with my 12 week transformation. I am so proud of myself for what I have accomplished so far. I have worked so hard on staying motivated and eating clean to accomplish my goal. I was just taking a look at my day 1 photos and it's embarrassing to see how I used to look. I looked so dull and out of shape. I am much more toned and muscular now.
