Eric, from June to october you have kept good muscle tone, good consistency, but the forearm looks thicker now, you have improved your muscle density. But in the black uniform picture you look more like Dr. Muerte just kiding, Keep the good work.

thanks for the reply bro...that sounds pretty hard core. I'm trying keto diet, which is similar but allows me to have some carbs during the weekends. So far I lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. Great new avi... surgery, huh?

Hey it's going pretty well. I am taking anatomy, histology, embryology, physiology (not all start or end at the same time.. phys goes through May and starts in Oct I believe) and a class where I learn to interview patients. You? What rotation are you on?
