It's my second day into my "pre-Sleekgeek Challenge week" and so far it's going awesome. Yesterday I did an awesome Abs and Calves workout at home that I created instead of doing Kris' planned 1 or 2 ab exercises only routine among other bodypart workout days. Sky Reaches on Yoga Ball: 30 reps Rollbacks (reverse sit-ups): 30 reps Leg Lifts: 15 reps Plank: 45 secondsĀ Pendulum Swings: 15 per side Slow Calf Raises + Fast Calf Raises: 15 reps (per leg) + 20 reps (both legs together)... This is my "game plan" post to help myself prepare and stay on track for the upcoming Sleekgeek SA 8-Week "Winter Warrior" Challenge taking place in South Africa, starting on the 9th of June 2012 and running until the 4th of August 2012.
