How I Started:
i play hockey and at my 5'6" height its makes it very easy for me to thrown around. so i figured get muscle on me , gain weight and then i could be the one throwing people around.
Why I Love It:
its makes me feel so good about myslef. i love the burn of every rep. i also love seeing the progess im making.
How I Stay Motivated:
just the feeling of getting bigger and stronger gets me motivated.
Get those shoulders and traps really thick so when they try to hit you they'll go bouncing into the boards. Solid muscular and athletic body already. Another 20-30 from traps to legs should do the trick. You'll crack the ice. Andre
yahh my chest has always been my strongest part of my body, before i dropped from 175 to 152 for wrestling i was benching 275 at the end of freshman year
nah i just got a really small waist, and stubborn fat, once i cut and do some hiit, i should be back down to 9-10%, without any discernable loss of lbm, than im going back up again
