How I Started:
Went from athletic 175 in High School to a skeleton-like 120 after being unable to hold down any food with Crohn's disease. I used the gym to rebuild myself and became addicted. Decided to go to school for exercise physiology so that I could teach others to improve their own health and well-being.

Hey Eric I noticed you are NSCA-CPT. I will be taking the test in a few weeks. I've read the whole book, took practice exams, and have taken notes. Do you have any suggestions, or tips for taking the exam? Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Thanks alot Eric. BTW: Thats my name too..lol. I just uploaded another video from this morning. But you will see that it not as deep on some. I can re-work those. But it is intense. My 6 routines back to back. I will be fine bro. You just keep on kickin it strong like you do.
Ericito B...Nice videos bro. Very impressive. Especially the pistol shot. The chinups was intense and the lat rolls..dang bro. Awesome job. I was suppose to film the chinups with 45 lbs today, but my flimer dude had to leave. Next week im back to the streets for the ghetto training again. I will hopefully film my whole routine non stop for 1 set. Nice awesome vids bro. You have made an awesome progression, and it truly shows now. You are awesome brother.
Eric, Thanks for the suggesstion.I use to be able too. But, I had double rotator cuff surgury, and I am now limited in how far I can go. I am very blessed and greatful to able to do any calis or lifting, and my strength has increased tremendously. Some never recover. So thats why I dont go full or deeper even though I have tried. Its just a part of life now. I always wonder what I would have been by now if not for the surguries. Kinkd of get ticked, but I move on. Thanks again bro.
Supp E? Hows it going? You ripping apart NY bro? Even though its upstate. Keep it going hard bro, its paying off real good for you...Beast!!! I posted nome new videos. Check them out and let me know what you think. Later brother.
