How I Started:
I have been in and out of gym's since I began high school - I played football, and worked out to a degree (with little to no knowledge of proper routines/nutrition) - I have only been lifting seriously for about 6 months - However I've learned a lot and I have taken the Can-fit PTS course
Why I Love It:
The progress is my number one reason for B.B. - Going to the gym and lifting more and more, and seeing physical results - The compliments from others of how much muscle I have put on and fat I have lost is always encouraging as well

Ephremchanged Weight from 198 lbs. to 194 lbs., a 4 lb. loss in 20 days
My short-term goal is to cut to about 10% BF by the end of December. My long-term goal is to then add 20lbs of muscle to my frame by June. Eventually i would like to compete - but not until I'm comfortable at 185lbs 8% BF

I'm currently on an Upper/Lower body split - Trying to burn the most cals. while increasing lean mass. Why not a total body workout? I'm in the gym long enough as is - also with my routine by the time I got to the smaller muscles I would be dead tired. Why not skip the smaller muscle b/c...
