When I Started: Mar 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Long-time runner and swimmer...In order to build lean muscle mass and decrease my body fat percent, I understand the need to add a good strength training routine to my workouts and stick to a solid nutrition plan.

Motivation

I  am hoping I can use this site for some extra motivation. I need to get a strength training routine started for myself. I am feeling lean, but not very muscular, and plantar fasciitis on my left foot is making my beloved runs feel miserable.

Captain Ahab I congratulate you on your decision to transform yourself. Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and chose to follow Body for Life, which is a 12-week program. It is not super easy but at the same time it is not so hard that you won Jan 13, 2008 2:48pm
