I have always been into sports and active living. However, over the years with work and my family, I started to let myself go. This is not a good thing because I love for my outer appearence to match my inner self.
Why I Love It:
Nothing beats the feeling of confidences.
How I Stay Motivated:
I will stay motivated because I know who I am on the inside. Plus I love looking at people who are already perjecting their idea body image.

I want to lose 30 lbs of fat and reshape & tone my muscle.
Goal (Long):
The transpormation has begun! Thanks to this online community, I am learning so much. I am not wasting anytime before I am getting tips from people who already know how to get the job done. I am 6'2" and weight 220 lbs. My short goal is to weight 200, but with much more muscle.
Since I am just getting back into the gym, I am hitting the cardio very hard. I am Spinning 4 times a week, weights 2 time a week, and hitting the sauna for 20 minutes after every workout. I will train with weights more after 60 days.
well thanks! Yea its so hard getting started in the beginning, but as soon as you see some results you're hooked! Start out slow, eat clean and get in consistent workouts, and you'll succeed! Best of luck with your goals!
