Overall Goal:  I recently moved to USA from England. After joining Golds and seeing some of the guys and gals in there, I need to up my game even more lol. I mainly am concentrating on leaning up whilst still gaining some lean mass.

How I Started:
I got fed up being the skinny kid at school! I started weight training at 18 and have never looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love it for multiple reasons! I'm no longer the skinny kid I always hated being. I am a very dedicated and strong willed person, so for me I find great satisfaction in setting my targets on something and doing everything possible to get there. Originally when I started out I was clueless, as i'm sure a lot of us do. Over time I have learnt as much as possible and enjoy learning more and more. That also keeps me motivated, trying to find what I can do next to take my body to the next level.
How I Stay Motivated:
I moved to USA from England fairly recently, joined Golds gym and was like "Holy crap, I need to up my game! These guys are in good shape" lol I find it very easy staying motivated! Achieving the results of what I set my mind to and seeing my body change I guess would be my biggest motivations. Also since joining on here and seeing some of the huge transformations people make and the condition some of you get your bodies in is a huge motivation too. Just makes me push even harder!
