Why I Love It:
I love the burn :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I set my mind to motivation mode, it's the actual doing it I have problems with...
EngleHart09is inspired by Jaded611. Reason: "Because she's still in the process of transforming her body, and I believe she will go all the way and lose that pesky 70 lbs she's fighting... "
My main goal is to be fit, healthy, active and to have a small, muscular compact body.
Goal (Long):
I want to have a body that looks good for her husband, with a flat, muscled belly, small, shapely legs, small, sculpted-with-muscle arms, and a butt that still has shape, but small. I'm not settling for what I have, I'm going to drop the pounds, gain the muscle, and look better than what I did in high school!
Because she's still in the process of transforming her body, and I believe she will go all the way and lose that pesky 70 lbs she's fighting with. She'll make her goal and 'conquer herself' . She can do anything she sets her mind to :)
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I get my mind set and encourage myself by thinking of my body,
how it will look when I'm done, all the energy I will have, all
the endorphines I'm going to have... by thinking of all the
positive outcomes from exercising.I get my mind set and encourage myself by thinking of my body,
