What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
A healthy one ;)
Trying to eat plenty of lean protein sources like chicken, eggs, fish, turkey and beef.
Keeping my fat intake low and try to keep the fat I do eat healthy, like olive oil and nuts (HDL sources)
Most of my carbs (which are mostly complex) comes from wholesome foods like multi grain rye bread, potatoes and brown rice.
I Drink about 1 - 1.5 litres every two hours, drink about two cups of green tea per day and take a strong multivitamin with amino acids in the morning 15mins after breakfast.

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Having a workout partner helps a lot.
My father have started coming to the gym twice a week with me (because hes jealous I'm bigger than him :P) it defiantly helps you with motivation and a lot safer really because he's there spotting me on heavy weights.
Also my local mates have started coming up on other days, I think its mainly because I usually have a sauna after a session ;)but yeah it gets you more motivated to go.

Hey man, I haven't moved to LA. I went for 3 months and i'm going back for 3 months in October. I am living the dream when i'm there though.. It's amazing.
Keep training hard for a couple of years, get some contacts over there or go to an expo like the Arnold or Olympia and i'm sure you'll get someone to help out with your dreams.
