I have a question for ya ...decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that schedule will actually get me results?
hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks
