How I Started:
I got a job working at a gym for several months, and ended up loving the atmosphere. I figured since I was already at the gym, I might as well work out once my shift ended. And I did just that!
Why I Love It:
I really love what working out does for me, because not only does it allow me to look my best, but it helps me set goals for myself and I end up working hard to achieve those goals. It gives me a sense of purpose and accomplishment, which I am now addicted to. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motived by surrounding myself with people that have similar goals to mine. I also look at pictures of other bodybuilders who have great physiques and I read their stories of how they got to where they did.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting to the point to where I can see some of my veins bulge...I know that means I have leaned out quite a bit!

It’s going awesome. Since the end of my bulk (about 2 1/2 months ago) I'm down 21lbs. I just finished a recomp phase which helped me drop down to about 12% at 228. My goal is to get down to about 218-219 by December. We should email each other our diet and training regimen. This competition is gunna be a blast!
