How I Started:
i love to run, boxing and i've always wanted an atletic body,but without training you can't go anywere,so here i am
Why I Love It:
i love when you lift the weights and feel the muscles going down,when my body would give up but my mind instead says 'keep going',i've done one year of boxing and was a great experience, doing sprinting for me is another great thing,i started when i was a child and now i still love go in the field and try to do my best 100 metres,it mekes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
i'm an hardgainer and i know i can't stop what i'm doing.

i don't do weight training for competitins,i do it only for my health
