Tis' the season!


So I decided to do another Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge. Year after year there is more participation from employees which creates an environment of support and friendly competition.


This year instead of doing a specific contest prep approach I am joining the crew of fellow bbcomers and doing the Kris Gethin 12 Week Hardcore Trainer. Meal 1- 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, 1.5 tbsp of natural peanut butter Meal 2- 1 cup of brown rice, 1.5 turkey patties Meal 3- 1 cup of brown rice, 1.5 turkey patties, 1 cup of broccoli Meal 4- 1 cup of whole wheat pasta, 1.5 turkey patties Meal 5- 1.5 scoops of MyoFusion, 1/2 cup of Oats Meal 6- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, 1 cup of cottage cheese

EllipticalErika Haha! Progress is fine thus far, eating quite a bit though and filling out the muscles. Will probably start dropping calories here next week or so. Havent cheated once though...Im laser focused!! Workouts are going great as well, really putting my all into it. I look at it this way...I only work most of my body parts once per week, so that leaves me like 12 or so workouts a piece. Thats some perspective, eh? ;) Jan 14, 2010 1:15pm
