The Skinny Me After Bicep/Shoulder Workout
This the first picture I took for the first goal of the workout routine. 8 months to go. Current weight: 64.5kg
Finally I reached my goal of 70kg. Now only 10kg kg to go for the ultimate goal before Jan 2010. Current Weight: 70kg

Took this picture after working out. I gained 2kg in two week. Current weight: 66.5kg

After Chest/Tricep Workout (Still Skinny)

After just taking Cytogainer for just a week, I've gained almost 2kg. Current Weight: 68.2kg.

After Shoulder Workout

I didn't see much improvement, but feel like I'm getting bigger. Gained 1kg. And another 1kg to go before June 2009. Current Weight: 69kg

Failure

I failed to achieve my goal of 70kg from May to June. Only manage to gain from 65.5kg to my current weight 69.6kg. Yup, only 0.4kg to go. Current weight: 69.6kg
