How I Started:
I've been working out for a really long time now. But never seen the result, so somehow I gave up, and start again, gave up, and start again.. That's always been the case.
But since all of my friends now has a beautiful body, I decide I'm not gong to be left behind again.
Why I Love It:
Somehow being in the gym working out and aiming for my goals to have a great body makes me happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding.com has plenty of great body profiles, the feeling of envy somehow motivates me to be like most of them.
And also by looking at Cam Gigandet body in 'Never Back Down' that I displayed in my wallpaper.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 5kg in just one month plus while all this years I used to trained like an animal just to gain 1kg.

Goal (Long):
I've train so hard to build muscle mass, especially my pec muscle. But never seen the result.
I've eat big, heavy weights, you name it, but still no result(okay,maybe a little bit).
Some said I have a high metabolism.
My friends who work the same workout as me has a beautiful body now, but mine stay the same.
I don't want to take steroids to gain muscle.
I want a body to be proud of in front of my friends since all of them have a nice toned and muscular body. I don't want to be the skinny one no more.
I'm fully dedicated to build it for the next 12 months.
Just look at him, enough said! He has the most perfect body for me to obtain. He's the biggest inspiration person in my list. It definitely inspire me to go to gym every single day!
