How I Started:
Like many others I was always known as the little stereotypical Asian boy. I was very skinny and small and got picked on from many of the surrounding kids. I was always an active participant in sports but new I needed to gain weight and explore the potential I had. As an adoptee at a very young age I never knew my real family or genetics so I wanted to work hard and become a stronger individual. In the beginning of my sophmore year of highschool I was not the same person I am today. Lifting has not only changed my life physicall but figured out things about myself. I was mis treating some people in my life and not taking life for granded. Also I was mis leading and not very respectful towards a young women who deserves only the best. So after the contriversy and hardtimes I was left with mixed emotions inside. I ended up lifting and it was a way for my emotions to be released. Till this day I have been hooked on lifting and the new physical change has helped my high school wrestling career and changed who I am as a person in a postive way.
Why I Love It:
It feels great, and it kills time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep thinking about all the critisism and negative things that were said.

Holds the school bench record for 77Kg
Holds the school squat record for 69 Kg
Platinum club lifter (totaling 5x your body weight in three lifts, bench,squat,clean) I actually totalled 6x body weight
i really just try to work biceps alot because my triceps get big so easily, i do very strict form with biceps with atleast 10 reps to keep the form in line

Good question. I havent used the bench in like ALLLLONG time. And i just hoped on it like 6 weeks ago to put my muscle in shock. As for the bicep curl, idk if its refering to barbell bicep curl, I dont do that. I do things like Ez bar curl and i am able to do on that 80lbs 6 reps. I ask myself the same thing sometimes. Only thing im doing good in is my traps, as for traps i can do 245 10 reps on barbell and 85 dumbbell. Great question.
