Why I Love It:
During the 12 week body for Life challenge people asked me along the way what my goal was. My answer was not to lose weight, but to get a six pack. I got this comment alot when people found out why I was doing the body for life challenge "why are YOU doing the challenge, you weren't fat to begin with and YOU don't need to lose weight!!" Some people are so ignorant when it comes to losing fat v.s losing weight. They don't understand the hard work and sacrifices it takes to get a 6 pack. If I wanted to lose weight, I could have done it the quick and dirty way and sacrificed my hard earned muscle too. So instead, fat came off, and so did weight, but the right way; and that's how I have a 6 pack....almost! I was determined from the beginning to be strict with diet and training in order to acheive my goal. It feels good to be getting there, but I couldn't have done it without my circle of support... as I have had many personal struggles along the way.
