Give yourself permission to move past what has been - and to strive for the future and all it can hold for you. Eat well. train hard. Rest. Hey! Wow - thank you for your comments. :o To answer your question - I train & eat pretty 'instinctually'. The basics would be about 5 weights sessions a week + cardio 1-2 x a week (I am very active in my daily life). For nutrition - I eat a variety of healthy, yummy foods. Not 'super clean'. Just healthy, nutritious & I include treats regularly! It is about finding something that works for you - then sticking to it!

hey - right... too much cardio will hinder butt growth. You are better off getting your diet on track + weight training HARD and HEAVY. Leave the cardio for IF you need it. ;)
