SO TODAY I HAD MY FIRST BINGE. NORMALLY I WOULD BEAT MYSELF UP OVER IT AND EVEN QUIT, BUT I AM DETERMINED THIS TIME TO LEARN FROM THIS AND REALLY UNDERSTAND SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN. SO TODAY WAS DAY 1 WORKOUT FOR MY BIZZY PROGRAM...IT WAS AWESOME! AT FIRST I WAS A LITTLE BIT ANNOYED THAT I HAD TO USE WEIGHT THAT WAS MORE THAN HALF OF WHAT I KNOW I AM CAPPABLE OF, BUT I JUST TOLD MYSELF THAT IT IS ONLY FOR 21 DAYS AND I KNOW IT WILL BE WORTH IT! THAT BEING SAID, ONCE I GOT TO THE SECOND SET I KNEW EXACTLY WHY YOU HAVE TO USE LIGHT WEIGHTS!! CARDIO WAS GREAT TOO, I NORMALLY DO MY CARDIO AFTER BUT I CAN TELL THAT DOING IT BEFORE IS REALLY GOING TO INCREASE THE FAT BURN.... Go to BodyBlog

So tomorrow I am starting the "Bizzy" program...can't wait!!! I feel like I need some motivation and some structure. When I plan my meals ahead of time and actually write them down or put them in my phone app, I am seriously at least 80% more likely to follow them. This is SO crucial to me because I have reached the dreaded "P" word!!! So here 1 am again...ready to finally take control of my body.I'm going to train like never before,going to only eat healthy food and not think twice...but what really happens? That high lasts a few days,maybe even a week! Then one little mistake and it is all down the drain for some Muddy Buddies and Sweet Tarts. It tends to be discouraging to think of it that way.
