How I Started:
I wanted to step out from being the tall and skinny guy and have more bulk so I feel more average then just the geeky skinny guy with his nose in a novel.
Why I Love It:
I have only just started, but it is relaxing to me. seems strange to feel relaxed when your intentionally putting stress on your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
pictures of other young bodybuildings getting started, showing potental if you put the work into it. I am not out to be huge *well, thats not my current goal at least* but im out to feel better about myself and my body image.
I took this picture in the first week of lifting. This shows everyone how skinny I was when I started and why I wanted to lift in the first place. I was at about 123 pounds, hovering for years when this picture was taken.
This is me hovering around 140 after 6 months of lifting. I know I likely havent gained a whole lot of muscle from the looks of the picture, as others might but I am still plugging away at it, with a goal of being 150 pounds by the end of summer.
I thought I would set up a bodyblog, though I doubt it will interest many anyways, so I can keep a record, even if just for myself what I have been doing so I can look back.
