How I Started:
Got started in high school while playing sports (football and track) and basically stated in the gym on and off just to stay in high school/college shape.
Why I Love It:
I love the stress reduction and the alone time (no one likes to go with me on the account I push everyone to their potential and wont take no for an answer)!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and visualize what I want to look like.
BB Accomplishments:
To date, jumping from 35 lbs dumbbell press to 50 lbs dumbbell press after being out of the gym for over 2 years!
