I will doing a combination of a free weights, machine, and cross-fit traning. For the next 4 weeks, I will be increasing my lifted weight in each area weekly. I have adopted the Dinosaur Deadlift program - 20 Deadlift, 10 Military Press, 10 Bench Press, 10 Hammer Curls, finishing with punching the Heavy Bag for 7 - 10 mins on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
