Reason: It has certainly been the most effective fat burner/energizer/hunger suppressant I've used so far. It does have 10mg of Ephedra in it, but that isn't much and it mos def gives an edge over other fat loss products. I love this stuff!! I have not used it continuously since I started b/c I don't want my body to get to used to it. I take about a month off from it and then start it back up. I def notice a difference when I start it back up!! GOOD STUFF!
