What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not properly lifting and using the wrong muscles...i.e. lifting with back when you should be using legs.

So, the Wii Fit tells me my BMI is 26 something, which means I'm in the overweight category.  However, my bodyfat % is 16. something.  I am 5'7" and weigh 164 lbs.  I don't think I'm overweight.  Sure, I'm not stick thin, but I'm athletic.  Geesh, the Wii Fit totally lowered my...

Hey, great progress so far. I wouldn't worry about what the Wii Fit says, bodymass index doesn't take bf% in to account and since muscle weighs more than fat its actually ok to weigh more because you are in better shape and your muscles are burning fat, so don't let it make you feel bad.
