Looking into the mirror, realized I was so sick of trying to be some weak chubby computer nerd. My friend lloyd got my very interested in MMA fighting and have been training since then.
Why I Love It:
Self Confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I can beat cancer, then I can get my body fat down and my strength up. Also I want to be able to fight in Texas, just 1 little fight lol

Alright so I've been battling cancer for 4 months and it's finally all over. So I started hitting the gym last week and really pushing myself hard.

My goal is to exceed where I was before I got cancer and to show everyone it doesn't matter what happens to you, if you have the will and heart...

Been hitting it hard and I'm still on the cut!!! Did you think you were losing too much muscle by going on the bulk. It's one of only fears whenever I decide to cut, I'll usually bulk back up for a week if I feel too skinny LOL! Dave

Almonds in the freezer! Sounds delicous! HA! Any results from keto yet? I heard people losing like 3-5 lbs the first week! Can you send me a copy of your meal plan? We're about the same size. I might try it out for a month or something
