I was always kinda big from about the 6th grade, so i played football in 7th grade and ended up breaking my leg (shattered growth plate and fibula cracked in half)which is why i dont do squats now, because it hurts my knee too much and my legs and knees are too far gone. So it was a long road to get back into Baseball (my main sport). So from about 8th grade to 10th grade i did workouts at my school every fall for Spring sports, and i loved it.
My friend and I (about a year and a half ago)started working out to try to get a little more fit. Little did we know that a simple daily activity would become an obsession. Body Building is what I do best!
Why I Love It:
Strength, confidence and fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
W/O with friends and a healthy lifestyle
Even though abseball gave me an 8 month detour in working out...i still stay motivated by God to take care of my body. I try to give all the glory to him.
