Workout Program:
Sunday: 300 pushups in sets of 50,lift 25Ibs dunbells a total of 200 in sets 0f 15, and 300 sit ups in sets of 50.

Monday:100 Squats in sets of 20, work on calves 200 in sets of 50, Jumprope for 15 minutes.

Tuesday: same as sunday

Wednesday: same as monday

Tuesday: rest day

Friday: run 2 miles

Saturday: Free day
